We are creating a campaign of images submitted to us by farmers and any individual or group who wish to stand in solidarity to save our Canadian Wheat Board. These images reflect the fact that farmers' voices on the Canadian prairies are being gagged.
We are asking anyone and everyone to send us images of themselves with a Canadian Wheat Board hat (optional), logo or emblem and have an "X" taped on their mouth symbolizing the Harper Government's anti-democratic actions to ignore the voice of Canadian farms and Canadians who support farmers.
If we lose the Canadian Wheat Board, multinational grain companies will have near complete control of grain prices in the prairie provinces. Farmers will again become serfs to multinational companies. This is a tragedy that needs be prevented. YOUR VOICE COUNTS.
