Welcome

Welcome to the Friends of the CWB website.  Currently the Harper government has made it their mandate to dismantle the Canadian Wheat Board due to ideological beliefs. They wish to pass a bill in the upcoming year which will effectively end the Canadian Wheat Board's pro-farmer monopoly.  We believe this will not benefit farmers or the Canadian public.  We believe this is unlawful. It should be up to Canadian farmers to decide the state of the CWB. This is why we as farmers are taking the Canadian government to court.
